Big O Tires

I was due for a tire rotation, and was going to call them the next day to make an appointment. I got a "low tire pressure" notification and I just happened to be in the area of Big O. I figured I would just stop in, have them air up my tire and make an appointment later on for the rotation, and check the low tire then. The person waiting on me asked me which tire and asked for my keys. I told him I didn't expect to get the tire fixed today; it was 4:15pm. He said we'll fix it now and do the rotation. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes! Talk about great service!

It's not just a business but a local institution that's been around since 1939. Anticipating excellent service on my Ram!

I came there to get my tire repaired.Because it was the closest place to my home, ended up getting a new tireThe service was great , but the guy behind the counter had a bad attitude,he definitely needs to be away from customers, he's driving people away because I'm sure I wasn't the first, w/this guy's personality.

The gentleman I spoke with recommended the Toyo Open Country A/T ll and said that there was $100 off plus $100 rebate that we would have to submit which he provide provided us the pamphlet to the Toyo rebate website Which they then denied stating that those tires were not eligible for rebate so he missed sold us on tires That was the reason why we went with them was because of the rebate . In addition, we had four new sensors put on and we drove an hour and a half home and then one of the sensors was not working correctly. We then drove back another hour and a half cause that’s the closest shop to us. They said it was working just fine that when the tire pressure gets below 45 it creates an issue but that’s inaccurate because the other three sensors were below 45 and didn’t have an issue drove all the way back home just for the same issue. They didn’t bother putting a new one on. Then we drove to Idaho same issue center not working not giving correct reading. We stopped off at the big O tires in Nampa and they told us sure enough It was a bad sensor and it was not working properly. It’s very unfortunate when you have to drive to another location out of state to be told it was a bad

The service was so professional and nice after my experience at another tire center. They were a breath of fresh air! They seemed to really care and even suggested other services they could help me with which I was unaware of. Love my new tires. They are great and the price was completely within my budget. I will definitely return and recommend Big O tires.
